Yes. Enterprise Cloud Server gives you full root/administrator access, so you can self-host AI agents yourself — for example Hermes Agent (open source from Nous Research) or OpenClaw — as well as chatbots and automation tools. These agents call external LLM APIs (such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter), so they only need CPU and RAM, not a GPU. Start with the M or L plan and upgrade later as needed. The agent's files, database, memory and tools stay on your own server (the prompts you send to an LLM do pass through that API provider). You can also try running small local models with Ollama on plans with 16–32 GB RAM, but expect it to be slower than calling an API — it suits light workloads.

Yes, all of them. Pick a Cloud Server with Linux, where you get full root access — install Docker and you're ready. Popular choices: Coolify or Dokploy (self-hosted deployment platforms that replace Vercel, Heroku or Netlify — Coolify needs at least 2 cores / 2 GB, so the M plan works), Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage instead of Firebase or Supabase Cloud — minimum 4 GB RAM / 2 cores, recommended 8 GB / 4 cores, i.e. the L–XL plans), n8n (workflow automation), Dify (AI and RAG apps — minimum 2 cores / 4 GB) and Appwrite (a Firebase-style backend). Size up if you run several apps on one server. Note that self-hosted Supabase lacks some Cloud features such as branching and PITR, and each project has its own licence terms. Not sure? With us you pay the monthly plan price you see — the same bill every month, so you can budget precisely with no end-of-month surprises. The big clouds and platforms like Vercel or Supabase Cloud bill by usage in US dollars (outbound data transfer per GB, compute per hour, monthly active users and so on), so the bill moves with traffic and exchange rates and is hard to predict. Total cost of ownership (TCO) also includes the people who run the system — Enterprise Cloud Server already includes setup, consulting, troubleshooting and daily backups in the price, with a team on call 24/7. Our platform is a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) powered by VMware, with data distributed across a cluster of servers by vSAN Storage. If one server fails, your workload is brought back up on another server right away, so no data is lost and downtime is kept to a minimum. It's built for enterprise-grade High Availability.

Enterprise Cloud Server plans include free daily backups (Daily Backup: 3 copies free, expandable to 7) with Veeam Backup & Replication. These are copies stored separately from the primary system — not just snapshots sitting on the same storage as the VM — so you can restore even if the VM is damaged or hit by ransomware. Security includes a Network & WAF Firewall that helps protect against ransomware, plus Cloud DDoS Protection. Everything runs in a Tier 4 Internet Data Center certified to international security standards (such as ISO 27001), so your business data stays safe.

It depends on the failure. If hardware fails, VMware HA automatically restarts your VM on another host in the cluster, and data on vSAN is not lost. If data is corrupted or hit by ransomware, we restore from the daily Veeam backup included with Enterprise Cloud Server, which is stored separately from the main system. With one backup a day, the data you could lose (RPO) is at most about 24 hours; recovery time (RTO) depends on how much data needs restoring. If your business needs a tighter RTO/RPO, talk to our team and we'll design a DR plan with you.
